Thoughtful approach. Deep intention. Mission-driven legacy.
In Egypt as a U.S. State Department Fellow
I believe in putting people first and giving my full self to your mission
Jennie has worked on four continents for global NGOs, local nonprofits and everything in between.
As part of her work running Delve for 9 years, she and her team launched city, state-wide, and international initiatives and were on the ground floor of paradigm-shifting initiatives in U.S. philanthropy.
As a policymaker in Alaska’s State House, Jennie made history as the first out-LGBTQ+ legislator and passed a bill into law as a freshman Representative.
She is currently running Wild Awake, which is dedicated to launching and scaling social impact businesses. In her free time, she thinks about starting a PhD program in conflict resolution and peacebuilding in the Arctic or launching a social club in Anchorage in an effort to create more third-spaces for people in interact.

Psst… I’m also pretty fun to work with.
Creating an environment of lightness and inviting your team to show up as they are is how I’ve built radically authentic brands and supported organizations where stakeholders feel seen and heard.
In my free time, I love to cook, read, keep my Duolingo streak alive, and plan my next trip. You could just as easily find me reading Rilke by the fire as you could see me dancing at a festival.
I am dedicated to continuously unlearning harmful, white-dominant mindsets and approaches to my work.
I actively evolve my practices to be different from what I was taught; this will be the work of our lifetimes.
