ABOUT ANAVO SOLUTIONS:

Through their leadership workshops, trainings, and executive coaching sessions, Anavo aims to create leadershifts both individually and organizationally — igniting each client’s inner ability to lead from a place of empathy, vulnerability, and courage, collaborate with teammates, learn within an organization, and build meaningful culture and community in and out of the workplace.

OUR WORK:

In 2023, we worked with Anavo Solutions’ team to build out their project management system in Asana.

Over the course of 6 months, we worked to conduct an in-depth organizational deep-dive and worked 1:1 with every team member to identify opportunities for growth and cohesion as they tackled their firm’s biggest project to date. We also conducted trainings, held “Asana happy hours,” and provided support as needed to ensure a successful implementation of their new project management system.
