  • Oversaw thought leadership of the Founder and CEO through newsletters, video production, awards, blogs, and social media

  • Built recruitment process for hiring new LOs and worked with the founder on creating a culture that was highly differentiated from the competition

  • Developed an online learning program for Realtors and homebuyers alike to drive new business
