Turns out that the old way of solving problems usually ends up perpetuating them.

After years of working within NGOs, nonprofits, and global initiatives in the U.S. and around the world, I saw a deep need to effect change at the beginning, which is why I spent nearly 15 years honing my expertise as a launch and communications expert.

From 2016-2024, I ran a full-service creative and communications agency with the idea that the same energy, care, and intentionality should be brought to this work that you bring to your mission.

I continue to bring that same ethos to my work now as a solo consultant and coach.
